RC Cola (with Sugar and HFCS) Review (Soda Tasting #146)
I reviewed RC Cola, the mainstream version with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), on episode #48. This version is sweetened with sugar and HFCS. I confirmed this with the company that bottled it, Dr Pepper Bottling in West Jefferson, NC. The person I spoke with said it was 99% sugar and 1% HFCS, which comes from the syrup.
When I taped this episode, I was under the impression that it was just sugar, but later found out otherwise. So, if I don’t fully reference HFCS in the video, that is the reason.
Are you a fan of RC Cola? Please let me know in the comments.

Love RC cola the Draft version in the can is very smooth and I like that better.
As rare as the draft version is to find its well worth it. Great show as always.
Thanks for the comment and kind words, Neil. Is the RC Cola Draft version still made? I’d love to find some, if so. :)
